Leadership coaching for teenagers.

Helping teenagers believe in themselves more so that they can become more.

Is your teenager pulling away, or just growing up?

Belief grows from small wins, kept up each week. B M O R gives your teen the consistency, confidence and leadership to back themselves.

Teens often leave more open than parents expect.

What parents notice

You know your teen. Lately, something feels different.

Maybe it's small things. Maybe it has been building for a while. These are the changes parents tell me about most.

They've gone quiet at home.

Short answers, a closed door and less time with the family.

Motivation has dropped.

Things they used to enjoy now feel like a chore.

School is weighing on them.

Stress before tests, assignments left late, worry about grades.

Late nights on their phone.

Sleep slipping, hard mornings and screens filling the gaps.

Their confidence is slipping.

They hold back, compare themselves with others and doubt what they can do.

They start but don't follow through.

Big plans, then nothing sticks. Deep down they want more for themselves.

If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone. And it can change.

Leadership coaching

Leadership coaching for teens. Not traditional therapy.

When teens believe in themselves more, they become more. I work with who your teen is now and who they want to become.

Together we build three things: consistency, confidence and leadership. Small steps, done well every week, shape who your teen becomes.

If your teen needs mental health support, I'll point you to the right professional.

Everything we do sits under four pillars.

Meet your teen's coach

Your coach, Paddy Turnhout.

Paddy has worked with teenagers since he was a teenager himself, through his sporting background. He has been a personal trainer for over six years, and some of the best work he has done is with teens.

B M O R helps teens build consistency, confidence and leadership, one small step at a time, with healthier habits along the way. Your teen gets someone in their corner who isn't a parent or a teacher, and you get support as a parent too.
